At GCSE-Z, we’re not your typical tutoring service. We’re a team of students who have recently excelled in our GCSEs, and we’re here to help you do the same. Unlike traditional tutoring firms that use qualified teachers, our coaches are students just like you—only a couple of years ahead. This means we understand the challenges of the current GCSE curriculum better than anyone. Our peer-to-peer coaching is relatable, fresh, and highly effective, and because we operate entirely online, we’re able to offer our services at a fraction of the cost of traditional tutors.

We use structured, proven techniques that break complex subjects down into manageable steps. Whether it's mastering difficult concepts or building confidence in your abilities, we guide you every step of the way. Our approach is designed to create "Mic Drop Moments"—those pivotal breakthroughs where everything clicks and you feel ready to conquer your exams.

Our Founder

Hello, I’m Aidan, the founder and creator of GCSE-Z.

Growing up in the tranquil countryside with three siblings, I learned the value of teamwork and effective communication early on.

My journey with GCSE-Z began at Sir Thomas Rich's Grammar School, where, despite initially struggling with below-average grades, I found a transformative study method.

By forming a study group with friends, I discovered that learning collaboratively was not only more engaging but also significantly more effective. As my grades improved, I realized the immense value of peer-to-peer support.

My experience was further enriched by completing the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE), where I developed strong skills in teamwork, leadership, and perseverance.

These experiences taught me how to work effectively with others, tackle challenges together, and achieve common goals. Inspired by these lessons, I invited my high-achieving friends—each with an A grade in their subjects—to join me in creating Culturing Minds.

Our mission is to replicate the collaborative and dynamic learning environment that helped me succeed and make it accessible to students everywhere.
